To make sure you only get the best qualified fully screened ready to work people, all Toper Temps Staffing candidates are evaluated through multiple screening techniques. First, a candidate's employment status is verified by inspecting their Social Insurance number (SIN) and Employment Authorization validity (when applicable). Government issue photo identification is also documented. Individuals are required to complete our application form. Candidates are given WHIMIS 2015 training, Violence and Harassment Prevention, and a Pedestrian Safety instruction.

They are also instructed on their rights as workers according to current Ontario legislation. We also offer a unique online criminal background search service to give you firm peace of mind.
